About the Role
  • Dongara Guardian Pharmacy has a fantastic opportunity available for an APHRA registered pharmacist from late April 2019. A long term commitment would be preferred, but any commitment 6 months or greater will be strongly considered.

    Dongara is a beautiful, friendly coastal town located 4 hours north of Perth and only 45 minutes south of Geraldton. It boasts beautiful beaaches, a well-equipped recreation centre and cafes, pubs and restaurants.

    We are looking for a proactive pharmacist with excellent customer service, communication and time management skills and a commitment to ongoing learning and development. You will work alongside a well-trained team of support staff and as pharmacist in charge be required to answer directly to the pharmacy owners who will be regulary available to provide support.
Experience & Skills
  • APHRA registration as a pharmacist
  • Current drivers licence
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a registered pharmacist
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing service programs within a pharmacy setting to increase revenue is highly regarded

The coastal part of the region enjoys a Mediterranean climate, while the inland experiences warm, dry summers and cool winters.

There are approximately 80 doctors in the region, including private general practitioners, specialists and doctors employed by the hospital and the Aboriginal Medical Service.
