DWS/DPA location. A full time general practitioner is required for this busy rural practice. The established, GP owned practice with competent support staff has great opportunity for growth. Boddington is in the centre of a sheep and timber district and services the nearby bauxite and gold mines. The location offers a country lifestyle, with a variety of sporting facilities close to Perth in the Darling Scarp.

The Package
  • Remuneration: 60% of surgery billings and 80% of hospital billings, average GP salary $201K - $250K
  • Accommodation: 3x2 house provided
  • Vehicle: Vehicle to be negotiated with the Shire of Boddington according to the applicant's accreditation
  • Leave: The GP will work as a contractor and can therefore take up to 8 weeks annual leave.

The Central Wheatbelt area covers an area of approximately 85,000 square kilometres. The population is widely dispersed across the region, with major service centres at Narrogin, Northam, Merredin and Moora, with an economy based largely on agriculture.
