General Practitioner

DPA/DWS location - Full time general practitioner required for this busy general practice in the heart of the Great Southern region of Western Australia. The successful candidate will be based in Katanning, and also have the opportunity to work at the sister practice in Kojonup. This is a Monday to Friday position requiring Emergency cover at the local hospital on a roster basis, so Emergency credentialing with the Western Australian Country Health Service (WACHS) will be required. While anaesthetics and surgery skills are not essential, there is the option to participate in anaesthetics if desired. The average income for this practice is $201,000 to $250,000 per annum, but individual packages are to be discussed with interested candidates. No accommodation or vehicle provided. Annual leave arrangements to be discussed at time of employment negotiations.

The Great Southern region, located south-east of Perth, covers an area of approximately 87,000 square kilometres and has a population of about 80,000 people.
