Chronic Disease Management
Rural Health West, in partnership with The Benchmarque Group, is pleased to invite doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to the Chronic Disease Support Program.
The Chronic Disease Support Program is driven by a desire to create better health for clients; reduced hospital admissions; better patient compliance; and the provision of care by those best qualified to provide advice. The program is a nationally-accredited program and is fully funded by the Australian Government Department of Health under the Ear and Hearing Health Project.
Eligibility: all health professionals, including general practice teams.

Foot Health Assessment Program

Otitis Media Management Program
Rural Health West, in partnership with The Benchmarque Group, is pleased to invite doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to the Otitis Media Management Program. This course is designed to develop the knowledge and skills required for professionals working in Indigenous health to safely assess the aural health of individuals and implement best practice management guidelines.

Wound Care
Workshop participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the importance of clinical governance in wound management inclusive of scope of practice, policy, evidence-based practice, inter-professional practice and consumer engagement.
