Workshop Postponed

The next few months are critical for Western Australia’s health system as it prepares for increasing rates of COVID-19 infection across the State. During this time, it will be vital to limit the opportunity for COVID-19 to spread to country communities and to reduce potential exposure of our rural health professionals to infection.
With these factors in mind, RHW and WACHS have determined that the (workshop name), should not proceed as planned on (DATE).

We recognise education is critically important for you to upskill and to meet your CPD obligations. As such, we will be liaising with our workshop presenters in light of the COVID-19 situation to determine when to reschedule these activities.

While this is a disappointing outcome for all of us, part of the broader health sector’s planning for the COVID-19 outbreak has involved making sure the right people, protocols and processes are in place to continue delivering high-quality health services across rural WA.

Thank you for your ongoing dedication and commitment to rural communities. We look forward to keeping you up to date with our alternative preparations.

Should you have any enquiries, please feel free to contact the Continuing Professional Development Team at [email protected] or 08 6389 4500. Thank you.
