Facilitated by University of Western Australia, Emergency Medicine Department, a registered training organisation and course centre for the Australian Resuscitation Council, this course is designed to provide health care staff with the essential knowledge and skills needed to treat and manage the deteriorating patient and those in cardio respiratory arrest. The course consists of lectures and practical simulations, in addition, this course will emphasise the importance of teamwork.
On successful completion of this course, the Australian Resuscitation Council awards the candidate a certificate and registration card which is valid for 4 years.

Accreditation and Grant:
Delegates will receive a certificate at the conclusion of the workshop. This will need to be uploaded by the delegate to their training college.
It is essential delegates attend the full day. Delegates are required to arrive on time to this workshop, late arrival will have the delegate turned away from the workshop with no refund available.
Workshops Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations received four weeks or more prior to the workshop will receive a full refund of workshop fee. Cancellations received between four weeks and fourteen (14) days prior will receive a 50 per cent refund. Refunds for cancellations received with less than fourteen (14) days’ notice will be considered on an individual case basis.
All cancellation notifications in relation to workshop places should be made in writing to the Continuing Professional Development Coordinator
