The WAALHIIBE Student Rural Health Club is hosting their annual Mental Health Night. This years theme is Pause. Pause for a moment of reflection with the event aiming to empower individuals about the importance of self-care, and taking the time to look out for one another.
This relaxed and informal evening will include guest speakers from not-for-profit organizations such as Helping Minds, Fremantle Mind and Hitting into the Light. Following presentations participants will have the opportunity to participate in small group discussion's.
Light refreshments will be provided.
10 lucky attendees will be given complimentary registration to attend WAALHIIBE's upcoming Mental Health First Aid Course on Saturday 10 August 2019 from 9am to 1pm, valued at $120 per person.
