Bega Garnbirringu Health Service, based in Kalgoorlie, is a Federal and State Government funded organisation that provides holistic and culturally appropriate health care services to the Aboriginal people of the Goldfields.

Their services including clinical services, health promotion and health education and they run regular mobile clinics in surrounding towns throughout the year.

Ngangganawili Aboriginal Health Service (NAHS)
Ngangganawili Aboriginal Health Service (NAHS) is a community controlled Aboriginal Corporation providing affordable and culturally appropriate health and medical services to the Indigenous and wider population of Wiluna and surrounding areas.

NAHS plays an important role in the community and provides a range of services, including:

24-hour accident and emergency service
X-ray, pathology, immunisation, physiotherapy, ultrasound, gynaecology

Ngaanyatjarra Health Service
Ngaanyatjarra Health Service is an Aboriginal Community Controlled health service, with a population health care focus, which provides a range of services across the Ngaanyatjarra region in Western Australia.

It is active in the delivery of primary and acute health care across the region through Remote Area Nurses, Aboriginal Health Practitioners and specialist Population Health staff, supported by General Practitioners.

Spinifex Health Service
Spinifex Health Service is a community controlled Aboriginal health service owned and operated by the Paupiyala Tjarutja Aboriginal Corporation for the Tjuntjuntjara Community on the Spinifex Lands. 

It provides comprehensive primary health care focussed on chronic disease management, child and maternal health, aged care and social and emotional wellbeing.
