This education workshop is proudly delivered by Rural Health West in partnership with the Australian Government Department of Health
Due to the evolving landscape in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all face-to-face education activities delivered by Rural Health West scheduled from now until 5 July 2020 have been cancelled. This includes all education workshops in the regions, the Rural and Remote Retrieval Weekend at Karijini in May, the Rural Anaesthetics Down Under conference in Broome in June, and the Aboriginal Health Conference in Perth in early July.
We will continue to monitor the situation and advise whether it is possible to reschedule this workshop for later in the year.
We appreciate your ongoing support for our education and skills development activities and your patience and understanding at this time.
This Rural Health West continuing professional development workshop covers topics related to life-threatening emergencies affecting airway and breathing. Course faculty consists of emergency physicians with extensive clinical experience in managing patients with critical illnesses. Participants are expected to introduce their own clinical experiences to make their learning more relevant.
Priority will be given to currently practising medical practitioners within the region
