This education workshop is proudly delivered by Rural Health West in partnership with the Australian Government Department of Health
Due to the evolving landscape in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all face-to-face education activities delivered by Rural Health West scheduled from now until 5 July 2020 have been cancelled. This includes all education workshops in the regions, the Rural and Remote Retrieval Weekend at Karijini in May, the Rural Anaesthetics Down Under conference in Broome in June, and the Aboriginal Health Conference in Perth in early July.
We will continue to monitor the situation and advise whether it is possible to reschedule this workshop for later in the year.
We appreciate your ongoing support for our education and skills development activities and your patience and understanding at this time.
This workshop teaches participants how to effectively manage obstetric cases and emergencies and how to make appropriate decisions.
GP obstetricians, medical practitioners and midwives. Priority is given to those working in the local region.

This is a free workshop as it has been funded by the WA Country Health Service through the Better Medical Care Initiative.
