Annual Conference 2017 sponsorships

A limited number of complimentary registrations are available to attend the Rural Health West Annual Conference 2017. This conference is an incredible opportunity to hear from high-calibre speakers, update your clinical knowledge and network with practising rural health practitioners.

Medical Students and Junior Doctors

Rural Health West is offering six complimentary full registrations for medical students and junior doctors to attend the Rural Health West Annual Conference 2017 on 8 and 9 April 2017 at the Hyatt Regency. 
(Complimentary registration does not include attendance at the Awards Night and Gala Dinner).

How to apply:
Please outline in 200 words or less, three conference sessions you would most like to attend and why.  Applicants will need to download and complete the registration form (PDF)

Applications for complimentary registrations close Friday 3 March 2017 and are to be returned to the Future Workforce Project Officer. Successful applicants will be notified by Friday 10 March 2017. 

Subsidised student registration
Rural Health West is also offering subsidised registration to all SPINRPHEX members to attend this conference. The subsidised registration fee is $250.00 per person. This does not include travel and accommodation or attendance at the Awards Night and Gala Dinner.

Australian Indigenous Doctors Association (AIDA) Junior Doctor Members 

Rural Health West is offering one junior doctor who is an AIDA member a full complimentary sponsorship to attend the Rural Health West Annual Conference 2017. Sponsorship includes full conference registration, travel, accommodation and attendance at the Awards Night and Gala Dinner.

  • Current (2017) member of AIDA
  • Junior doctor (intern, PGY2 or PGY3)
