Rural Health West is offering Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Scholarships for rural and remote health practitioners to undertake professional development.
We know that accessing CPD may be challenging when you work in a rural or remote location due to the costs associated with registration, travel and accommodation.
We want to make it easier for you to keep your skills up to date and maximise your opportunities to network with peers through attending relevant, face-to-face CPD. Scholarships of up to $2,000 per applicant are available and can be used towards the cost of registration/conference attendance, associated travel and accommodation.
How to apply
- To ensure you are eligible for a scholarship, please download and read the CPD Scholarship Guidelines
- To apply for a scholarship, download and complete the CPD Scholarship Application Form and email to the Recruitment team. Please attach any relevant course/conference information.
- Applications close 23 June 2017
Successful applicants will be notified by 27 June 2017. The CPD activity must be taken between 15 May 2017 and 15 December 2017. The scholarship can be delivered as a reimbursement if already paid for, otherwise proof of intention to register for the CPD is required. For more information please review the guidelines.
