A role of Rural Health West is to develop innovative solutions that will impact on recruitment and retention of the health workforce in rural and remote Western Australia.
The following sustainable models have been developed that will assist in training a future workforce, recruitment and retention of GP proceduralist, (particularly GP obstetricians) and provide a solution to deliver sustainable General Practice services in isolated areas.
