Rural Health West is aware of the increasing demands placed on general practitioners and practice managers when it comes to running a viable practice. As a result, Rural Health West has implemented a Practice and Workforce Support Program which provides information and resources to facilitate the set up and operation of a successful general practice.

Practice managers can subscribe to receive regular correspondence and information that will answer common questions related to running a general practice.

A Practice Management Business Support Tool is available to practices, which provides information on how to utilise the Medicare Benefit Schedule, including accessing Telehealth item numbers and other new initiatives.
