Parmelia Hilton Perth

Rural Health West's popular Annual Conference and Trade Exhibition will be held at the Parmelia Hilton Perth for 2012.

Titled Driving Change in Chronic Care, this conference will present delegates with the opportunity to learn and network in an engaging environment, with updates addressing chronic clincal conditions, best practices and partnership initiatives for the management of chronic disease and the implementation of prevention and wellness strategies.

With e-Health on the forefront of the agenda for Australia's healthcare sector, the conference will also highlight sessions over the two-day event that focus on healthcare delivery via telehealth nationally and internationally, the challenges and successes; and its potential application in rural practices.

Visionary keynote addresses that explore the conference themes and their inter-relationship will feature in the program, along with clincial updates, practical workshops, hands-on concurrent sessions and case study learning opportunities that are professionally accredited and delivered by expert specialists and speakers.

We will also be running a Family Program, providing engaging activities to keep the kids occupied, and offering spouses the opportunity to experience something new and different.

We look forward to once again welcoming you to this event!
