Corporate Structure


Rural Health West is a membership-based organisation registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) as a not for profit, public company that is limited by guarantee.

Rural Health West is administered by a seven member Board made up of elected and appointed Directors.

The Board is responsible to the company’s membership base which consists of individuals and organisations who have the right experience and background to help guide the organisation.

The company’s core responsibilities can be found in the Rural Health West Constitution.

A Strategic Plan for the triennium 2007-2010 is currently being developed and will be available on this website shortly.
