About the Role We are seeking two Physiotherapists to join our dynamic Therapy team on a job share basis, working with residents at our aged care facility located in Eaton. The successful applicant will join the largest not for profit provider of aged care services and retirement villages in Western Australia, providing over 60 years of professional care services between Geraldton and Bunbury. With a company size of around 1800 people across 24 locations, we are a diverse and complex business. As a Physiotherapist at Bethanie Fields (160 bed facility) located in the leafy suburb of Eaton, you will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services to care recipients within residential care in accordance with relevant legislation, operational plans, policies, procedures and standards. The Therapy Team provides services to our customers in residential and community settings and is supported by a full time Therapy Services Manager. Our Therapy team consists of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists who work collaboratively with skilled Therapy Assistants to improve the quality of all customers. Key Responsibilities: Complete Bethanie therapy assessments, reviews, mobility assessments and responds to clinical referrals. Coordinates clinical pain management physiotherapy service to clients Direct and co-ordinate therapy implementation by Therapy assistants and support staff Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and information systems
Experience & Skills Requirements: Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision, Values and Signature Behaviours of Bethanie Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) Demonstrated clinical expertise in Physiotherapy and the planning, delivery and evaluation of therapeutic programs Commitment to person centred care Demonstrated workload and time management skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting Proficient with common computer systems and software and a demonstrated ability to develop skills to work proficiently with clinical information systems and databases Current drivers licence
