A unique opportunity has become available for a VR registered General Practitioner to join a modern, boutique private family practice in the heart of the gorgeous tourist south west of WA. A part-time or full-time role will be considered and a long term commitment to the local town and community will be highly regarded.
Work will be primarily within the surgery as well as occasional nursing home visits and palliative care admission rights to the local hospital. On-call attendance to emergency phone calls is shared on a rostered basis.
The practice is fully computerised with Best Practice operating system and supported by a team of friendly professional reception staff, Registered Nurse and a Business Administrator.
The surgery is located in the city of Busselton, population 31,767 and directly across the road from the Busselton Health Campus with Allied Health Professionals and Pathology services on site.
Busselton has excellent schooling, sporting and cultural facilities set on the one of the loveliest iconic child friendly stretches of beach on the south west of WA. The city has a buzzing waterfront precinct developed around the amazing 1.8 kilometre jetty and underwater observatory.
Private, group practice. Small, neat homely practice which is fully computerised and paperless. Supported by an onsite nurse and allied health workers.

On call: On call attendance to ED phone calls is shared.
Renumeration: 60% of billings is including of superannuation.(negotiable after 12 months). Majority of billing (at least 70%) is private billing . SIP payments additional.
Leave: 6-8 weeks unpaid leave per year.
