Chronic Disease Management

Rural Health West, in partnership with The Benchmarque Group, is pleased to invite doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to the Chronic Disease Support Program. 
The Chronic Disease Support Program is driven by a desire to create better health for clients; reduced hospital admissions; better patient compliance; and the provision of care by those best qualified to provide advice. The program is a nationally-accredited program and is fully funded by the Australian Government Department of Health under the Ear and Hearing Health Project.

Eligibility: all health professionals, including general practice teams.

South West Education & Networking Dinner

Join us for a Respiratory Medicine update on COPD. This regional educational session will focus on the treatment and management of COPD, and provide an opportunity to increase clinical knowledge, share information, opinions and observations through problem-based discussions with Dr de Chaneet and colleagues.

Workshops Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations received four weeks prior to the workshop will receive a full refund of workshop fee. Cancellations received fourteen (14) days prior will receive a 50 per cent refund. Refunds for cancellations received with less than fourteen (14) days notice will be considered on an individual case basis.

All cancellation notifications in relation to workshop places should be made in writing to the Continuing Professional Development Coordinator.
