Resilience is one of the most valuable attributes a rural health practitioner can possess and it IS a skill you can develop.

If you would like to know more about resilience, attend this FREE webinar delivered by Lidia Genovese designed specifically for the rural health practitioner. Participants will be presented with a realistic definition of resilience and will explore the challenges of building resilience. Useful tips will be offered for recharging in a busy healthcare setting.

The presenter
Psychologist Lidia Genovese has been involved in various committees within the Australian Psychology Society as well as developing and running training programs for teachers, psychologists, doctors and other health professionals. She has developed training manuals based on a simplified model of cognitive behavioural principles and also developed professionally-produced relaxation and meditation tapes for children, adolescents and adults for stress management and changing behaviour. Lidia enjoys training and mentoring other psychologists and doctors, and inspires people to make positive changes in their lives.
