The conference theme The future of rural health care will be addressed through presentations, clinical updates, practical workshops, hands-on concurrent sessions and case study learning opportunities that are professionally accredited and delivered by expert specialists and speakers.

Keynote speakers include Professor Richard Murray, Dean and Head of School, School of Medicine and Dentistry James Cook University, Queensland; Professor Barry Marshall, Co-Director, The Marshall Centre for Infectious Diseases Research and Training, The University of Western Australia; and Emeritus Professor John Edwards, Senior Coodinator, UN Food and Agriculture Organisation Emergency Centre for Transboundary Animal Diseases. The program includes clinical updates, practical learning and case study sessions on a diverse range of topics including paediatrics, dementia, technology, ultrasound and cardiology. Early bird registrations close 21 February 2014.
